In 2009 - Sue Gutierrez, a volunteer working with us from the Seattle Rod-tiques Car Club, www.seattlerod-tiques.com suggested we sell raffle tickets to the attendees for a chance to win door prizes.  All the money from the sale of the raffle tickets was donated to the Clothes for Kids charity  www.clothesforkids.org that evening.

In 2010 - we selected the Burned Children's Recovery Foundation www.burnedchildrenrecovery.org to be the recipient of all the proceeds of the sale of the raffle tickets.   Steve Bender came up with a wonderful idea, to have local car related artists donate pieces of art for an "Art Raffle".  We have received several pieces of auto related artwork from the various local artists listed below.  You can select the piece of art you wish to try for as there will be containers with each item to drop your ticket(s) into.  At the end of the evening the winners will be announced.  GOOD LUCK and lets really support our charity.

Artists and Donators:  Jon Byers, Bob Davidson, Steve Bender, Junior Nelson, Gary Countryman, Eddie Harris, Craig Wick, Dave Gibson, Marv Nielsen, Pat Parsons, Brian Canfield, Jason Rushforth, Ron Foreman and Marlin Lannoye.

In 2011 -  Life Enrichment Options (LEO) www.lifeenrichmentoptions.org was the recipient of all the proceeds from the sale of the raffle tickets.  The combined ideas from Sue and Steve and the beautiful pieces of art have resulted in a successful Art Raffle.

Featured Artists:  Ben Arstad, Steve Bender, Lindsay Butler "Ratface", Gary Countryman, John D'Agostion, Bob Davidson, Kenneth DeTore, Dominic Dobson, Ron Foreman,  David Gibson, Graphic Express - Dave, Eddie Harris, Michael RAII) Jordan, Lance Lambert, Steve McCool, Mike Mooney, Kelly Morgan, Junior Nelson, Marve Nielsen, Tom Owen, Tim Powell, Larry Simpson and David White.

These combined ideas to help raise money for charity has turned out to be an exciting addition to our award ceremony and banquet.  Thank you Sue and Steve for your ideas.
